WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICES


BASIC (on-the-day) WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICE

"You are almost done with your wedding preparations and you just want to sit back and relax a couple of months before the wedding. Share with us what you have prepared and we’ll handle the operations of your wedding day!"

• Pre-event meetings and consultations with the bride and groom one to two months before the wedding.
• Receive copies of contracts from suppliers to ensure all items from them will be delivered and all services will be rendered on the wedding day.
• Coordinate with suppliers a month before the wedding.
• Provide a checklist to the bride and groom.

SEMI-FULL (turn-over) WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICE

"You are 50% done with the preparations and you need help to complete the details of your wedding. Turn-over whatever you already have on hand to us, we’ll help you complete the preparations and handle the operations of your wedding day!"

• Unlimited meetings and consultations three to six months before the wedding.
• Securing of suppliers and set-up appointments with vendors not yet contracted.
• Planning and conceptualization of theme and motif.
• Turn-over of all contracts from suppliers.
• Provide schedule of pre-wedding activities (fitting, pre-wedding pictorials, trial make-up, food tasting, etc.).
• Provide a checklist to the bride and groom.

FULL WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICE

"Our team will assist you from day 1 of your pre-nuptial preparations till your wedding day. We would work in close coordination with you in choosing your suppliers, booking the venues for the ceremony and the reception, we will assist you in completing church requirements and licenses, plan all pre-wedding and wedding day activities, that would include guest management/ushering services, program management and even provide reception hosts. We also offer unlimited consultation services to assist you in any other requirements.

• Services for semi-full and on-the-day coordination is applied.

ON THE WEDDING DAY

During preparations (at the bridal suite/ residence)

• Provide one (1) coordinator to act as personal assistant to the bride.
• Assist in the pictorial direction and preparation of all materials to be brought to the ceremony.
• Check on all suppliers needed at the wedding.
• Time management.

During the ceremony

• Organize the procession line of the members of the entourage.
• Prepare the ceremony set-up and seating arrangements.
• Ensure arrival of musicians, choir, priest, readers, florists, etc.
• Distribution of flowers/ bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres.
• At least four (4) wedding coordinators to supervise the flow of ceremony.
• Organize the offertory procession.
• Organize the contract signing of principal sponsors.
• Organize the group pictorials after the ceremony.

During the reception:

• Provide ushers for the guests.
• Organize table layout and supervise over-all physical arrangements.
• Ensure arrival and delivery of suppliers.
• Guest registration.
• Reception Program.
• Reception Host.
• Distribution of Souvenirs/ giveaways.
• Musical Scoring.
• Assist the guests during pictorials and usher them to the buffet table.
• Guest book signing.

Freebie
• Bubble and fog machines for the ceremony and reception.
• Confetti cannons.


• Cost of service good for maximum of 350 guests.
• Additional charge of PHP 1,000 for every 50 additional guests.
• Packages are only for Angeles, Clark, San Fernando, Mabalacat weddings only. Additional PHP 2,000 for weddings in other parts of Pampanga and PHP 5,000 for weddings in Bulacan, Tarlac, Subic, Cabanatuan City and Metro Manila.
